WebPic is an ActiveX control for opening, processing, and saving image files in popular formats. Following functions are supported: clipboard copy and paste, cropping, flipping, grayscale and black and white conversion, resizing, reversing, and rotating. WebPic was designed to work with standard components such as PictureBox or TImage.
WebPic reads following formats:
Bitmaps (*.bmp, *.dib, *.rle, *.wbmp)
GIF images (*.gif)
Icons (*.ico)
JPEG images (*.jpg, *.jpeg)
Kodak Photo-CD (*.pcd)
Metafiles (*.emf, *.wmf)
Portable network graphics (*.png)
Targa images (*.tga, *.targa)
TIF images (*.tif, *.tiff)
ZSoft Paintbrush (*.pcx)
